Fredric Knapp has been appointed by the County Commissioners of Cumberland County to serve as a hearing officer for personnel and related matters.

He has also been appointed to serve in a similar capacity by the Commissioners of Burlington and Morris counties as well as numerous municipalities and other public entities.
