J. Clark Geddis, Of Counsel
Mr. Geddis has maintained
a general practice in New Jersey for over 37 years. His practice
includes civil litigation, with an emphasis in land use, commercial
real estate transactions, municipal court matters, wills and estate
planning. He has served as attorney for various planning and zoning
boards as well as counsel for developers, businesses and individual
clients.
Mr. Geddis is a member of the New Jersey Planning Officials as
well as a member and former trustee of the Sussex County Bar
Association. Mr. Geddis also serves as a Condemnation
Commissioner.
