Richard I. Clark, Senior Partner
Mr. Clark is known state-wide as a specialist in Land Use
and Zoning and
Municipal Law. He is a frequent lecturer for elected and
appointed officials as well as attorneys representing
Boards, and has served as an expert witness in these areas.
He has also contributed many articles to state-wide and
regional publications in the areas of real estate
development and zoning and planning.
Mr. Clark is also an avid golfer, is a volunteer official
at major golf events, and has written newspaper articles
about his experiences.
Mr. Clark is a founding partner of Laddey, Clark & Ryan
and has also received Super Lawyer designations on many
occasions.
