Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, Mr. Fraser grew up in Norwich, Connecticut and received a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven. He received his J.D. from New York Law School. While at New York Law, he was chosen to compete in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition and ranked 3rd in the National Finals. Mr. Fraser was also awarded the Deans Award for Leadership.

Mr. Fraser has consistently been listed as a New Jersey Super Lawyer in Personal Injury by NJ Monthly Magazine, 2006 – 2010.  He is a New Jersey Certified Civil Trial Attorney, and a Barrister with the Worrall F. Mountain Inn of Court. Mr. Fraser served as President of the Sussex County Bar Association from 2002-2003 and is currently the Chairman of the Civil Practice Committee.

In his spare time, Mr. Fraser is a contact kickboxing instructor at the Sussex County YMCA where he trains amateur competition fighters and teaches instructional classes for kids, beginners and advanced adults.  He enjoys playing softball, tennis, boating, and riding his motorcycle.
