Estates and Trusts paralegal preparing estate planning documents including Wills, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney and various trust documents, including, but not limited to, Special Needs trusts and Irrevocable Life Insurance trusts. In addition to estate planning, probates and administers the estates of the deceased and assists the appointed Executors of the estates in the identification and collection of assets, payment of debts, filing of federal estate and inheritance taxes and the distribution of assets to beneficiaries.

Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation litigation paralegal. Assists the personal injury department's attorneys with file management, legal research and preparation of legal documents and memoranda.
