Mr. Shivietz represents individuals and corporate clients in tenancy and rent board proceedings as well as at land use meetings, hearings and other aspects of land use litigation.

Mr. Shivietz has over 25 years in private practice. He also served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Charles E. Villanueva, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex Vicinage, Criminal Division. Mr. Shivietz thereafter served as Assistant Prosecutor with the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office.
