About Your Presenters

Anthony J. Bolcato, Esq.Angelo J. Bolcato’s practice is focused on representing businesses. His practice includes business entity formation; asset and stock acquisitions and sales; negotiating and preparing commercial leases and representing commercial lenders and borrowers in financial transactions. He also serves as general counsel to a number of commercial enterprises. Angelo received his undergraduate degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Scranton and J.D. from Rutgers School of Law, Newark. He is active with the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce, serves on the Board of Directors for Warren County Habitat for Humanity, and also serves as its Legal Counsel.
