Ana Linda Day, Esq. Named to Court
The American Inns of Court were established in the 1980's to help attorneys hone skills, professionalism and ethics. There are currently over 20,000 members nationwide, with divisions including civil and criminal litigation, criminal practice, federal litigation, tax law, administrative law and labor and employment law. Members strive to "rise to higher levels of excellence, professionalism and ethical awareness", according the group's website. Day represents employees and individuals in the private sector on employment matters including contract negotiation, severance agreements, personnel policies and litigation. Day joins Managing Partner Thomas N. Ryan, who is a Master of the Reitman Inn. Master level attorneys have reached the highest designation, and are composed of judges, experienced lawyers and law professors. Ryan and Day are members of Laddey, Clark and Ryan's Labor and Employment practice group, serving small and mid-size employers, non-profits, public entities and individuals in labor and employment matters, including litigation. Ryan practices labor and employment law, as well as business law and commercial litigation. In addition to serving Sussex County as Labor and Employment Special Counsel, Ryan serves as Counsel to numerous municipalities including Sparta Township, Byram and Pohatcong Townships, Franklin Borough, Wantage and Stillwater.
