Bolcato is an Associate at Laddey, Clark & Ryan. At the Sparta firm, Bolcato focuses on work within the firm’s Municipal Law and Business Law Practice Groups. Additionally, he assists as Associate Municipal Council for the Borough of Franklin and Wantage Township, and serves as the attorney for the Franklin Borough Board of Public Works.

Bolcato and his wife, Elena, are Independence Township residents.
