Sparta, NJ --- Michael Garofalo, Esq., has been promoted to Partner at the law firm of Laddey, Clark & Ryan.

Garofalo concentrates his practice in the areas of Municipal and Land Use Law. He serves as the Municipal Attorney for the towns of Wantage, Stillwater and Walpack.  He is also the attorney for the Oxford Township Land Use Board and the Vernon Township Zoning Board.

Earlier this year, Garofalo was one of a handful of attorneys in the area who was named Diplomate in New Jersey Local Government; requiring the completion of a rigorous course of study in New Jersey Local Government Law.

Garofalo was designated by the New Jersey Planning Officials as an instructor for the organization course in Land Use Administration, which is required for all new planning and zoning board members.

Garofalo graduated from Guilford College and received his M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
