Top Local Law Firms Announce Merger

Sparta- Laddey, Clark & Ryan LLP of Sparta, New Jersey has announced its merger with Richard T. Sweeney & Associates, a two attorney practice in Morris County. The new firm will be known as Laddey, Clark & Ryan, LLP.

Laddey, Clark & Ryan was looking to expand its firm to include additional established and experienced attorneys to assist in serving the increasingly complex needs of their growing client base. The firm also wanted to continue to be a powerful presence in Sussex County, while being more visible and available to their Morris County clients.

The excitement is mutual. Dick Sweeney and his associate Michael Shivietz feel the merger will enable them to access more resources to better serve their present and future clients.

The merger was official on October 1st. Sweeney and Shivietz will be based in their current Denville office, which will now serve as Laddey, Clark & Ryan’s Morris County office.
