Prior to joining Laddey, Clark & Ryan, Mr. Geddis had maintained a general practice in New Jersey including civil litigation with an emphasis on land use, residential and commercial real estate transactions, and wills and estates. He has also served as attorney for various planning and zoning boards as well as counsel for developers, businesses and individual clients. Geddis has extensive experience in the areas of Land Use and Zoning, acting as special counsel to six different Sussex County Township Zoning Boards. Mr. Geddis is a member of the New Jersey Planning Officials as well as a member and former trustee of the Sussex County Bar Association, and serves as a Condemnation Commissioner.
