New Jersey Monthly magazine has released its list of the top lawyers in the state, as recognized by their peers. The selection process is long and vigorous, surveying over 35,000 practicing New Jersey attorneys who nominate the best lawyers they have personally seen in action. A special blue ribbon panel reviews each candidate's background including verdicts, honors, scholarly lectures, clients, community service and other professional activities. Clark has been named "Super Lawyer" six consecutive times. Clark is a founding partner at Laddey, Clark & Ryan. He is known state-wide as a specialist in Land Use, Zoning and Municipal Law. He is a frequent lecturer for elected and appointed officials as well as other attorneys who represent various boards, and has served as an expert witness in these areas. He has contributed many articles to state-wide and regional publications in the areas of real estate development and zoning and planning. This year marks Andrew Fraser's fifth consecutive year of being recognized as a "Super Lawyer". Fraser, along with McFadden, were successful in winning two of the highest jury verdicts for personal injury cases in Sussex County history. Most recently, Fraser and McFadden received a positive jury verdict against a Newton oral surgeon,who was found by the jury to have molested a female patient in his care, causing her to suffer permanent psychological injuries. Thomas Ryan, Esq., was named "Super Lawyer" in the national Corporate Counsel Edition of Super Lawyer Magazine. This is the third time Ryan has been nationally recognized as a "Super Lawyer". Only five percent of the lawyers in each state or region are selected for inclusion in Super Lawyer Magazine. Ryan is the Managing Partner at Laddey, Clark & Ryan. Mr. Ryan's area of expertise concentrates on the representation of management and individuals in both the private and public sectors, in all aspects of employment and labor law. He has extensive experience in employment discrimination, wrongful termination, discipline, breach of contract, harassment, wage and hour, collective bargaining and other employment related issues. Ryan also reviews and prepares personnel policies and handbooks, conducts investigations into employee complaints, provides harassment and discrimination training and counsels clients on all employment issues. This is Lauren McFadden’s third consecutive year on the "Rising Star" list.
