& Ryan of Sparta and Denville has been published in the prestigious
Association of Legal Administrators Article Library. The Association of Legal Administrators' mission is to promote and enhance the competence and professionalism of all members of the legal management team, and to improve the quality of management in law firms and other legal service organizations. The Newsletter Article Library was developed for ALA chapter Newsletter Editors across the nation to use as a resource when looking for interesting, useful articles to publish in their chapter newsletters. Reprint permission for articles contained in the library has already been secured, so editors are free to publish them immediately. Dolan's article, entitled "Violence in the Work Place", was one of four New Jersey articles selected for the national library. "I wrote this article because many of my staff deal with the public directly and there is a need for special training to help receptionists and legal assistants detect problems and take proper action. I wanted to start the discussion and get Legal Administrators talking," states Dolan.
