PRESS RELEASEATTORNEY SHARES KNOWLEDGE AT STATEWIDE CONFERENCE June 2009 Sparta, NJ -Richard Clark, Esq., Senior Partner at Laddey, Clark & Ryan of Sparta, NJ, was recently called upon to lend his expertise on current legal issues which affect New Jersey governing bodies. The New Jersey Planning Officials (NJPO) held their annual meeting at the Woodbridge Hilton last month. NJPO is an association of New Jersey's Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Adjustment. Clark was one of four attorneys called to give valuable information on new court decisions and legislation which directly affect local planning and zoning boards. "Many elected or appointed officials are aware of new court decisions says Clark, " but they don't have the time to analyze and navigate the issues at hand. I was asked to dissect these court decisions to show how they directly affect the day to day operations of the planning officials state- wide." Clark, an NJPO Assistant Council Attorney, is a noted expert in Municipal Law and Zoning and Planning in the State of New Jersey. “It's always a privilege to share my experiences and knowledge with
others,” adds Clark. NJPO is comprised of appointed members of planning
boards and zoning boards, elected officials and professionals dedicated
to promoting sound planning through educational services, support and
information. CONTACT: Heather Donnelly |
