The New Jersey Association of Legal Administrators (NJALA) was founded in 1967 by a savvy group of legal administrators who recognized the value of networking in solving law firm management issues. The NJALA is dedicated to continued law office operations improvement through educational programs, including the publication of an award-winning quarterly newsletter. The association has the honor of having been the incentive for the formation of the International Association of Legal Administrators, a world-wide organization. "I am looking forward to serving the NJALA. Having been a member now for four years, I have seen the dedication to which law firm administrators apply themselves in making their firms successful," says Dolan. “I plan on applying the same dedication to the management of Laddey, Clark & Ryan.” The NJALA not only serves as an educational foundation for its members, but also it liaises with the New Jersey State Bar Association in providing educational workshops to its attorney members at the annual convention. Dolan has served on the NJALA’s newsletter, educational workshop, salary survey and equipment survey committees. She has published human resources-related articles on pandemic preparations, violence in the workplace and supplemental benefits. She lives in Frankford with her husband Ned and two sons.
