SPARTA, NJ – Linda Day, a litigator with more than a decade of experience, has joined the law firm of Laddey, Clark & Ryan, where she will work with the Employment and Labor Practice Group.

Day, who has been an attorney since 1985, joins Laddey, Clark & Ryan’s expanding employment law practice, which represents management and individuals in employment related matters, including litigation.

At Laddey, Clark & Ryan, Day will work closely with the firm’s managing partner, Thomas N. Ryan, who oversees the employment law practice group.

“Linda is a skilled litigator with vast experience in a number of areas,” Ryan said. “Because employment law is such a busy, growing area, Linda and the firm decided that her skills would be best used in that practice. Employers face an increasing number of claims of various kinds, and Linda is well-equipped to help them meet those challenges.”

Prior to joining Laddey, Clark & Ryan and turning her focus to employment law, Day’s practice focused on civil litigation, primarily malpractice defense, but her experience also includes litigation of commercial construction and insurance coverage matters. Earlier, she served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. William D’ Annunzio of the Chancery Division of Superior Court. She was also a Barrister and Secretary of the Worrell F. Mountain Inn of Court, an organization that mentors young attorneys in the practice of litigation and professional ethics.

Day received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Douglass College, Rutgers University and her law degree from the Rutgers School of Law, Newark. She lives with her sons in Livingston, New Jersey.
