both employers and employees. Her practice includes litigation
of employment cases, drafting and advising clients in employment
contracts, compensation, non-competition, non-disclosure, and
severance agreements. Ms. Day?s practice also includes the
review and preparation of employee handbooks and internal
employment investigations.
