Colleen D. Hewitt  Colleen D. Hewitt 

Estates and Trusts paralegal preparing estate planning documents including Wills, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney and various trust documents, including, but not limited to, Special Needs trusts and Irrevocable Life Insurance trusts. In addition to estate planning, probates and administers the estates of the deceased and assists the appointed Executors of the estates in the identification and collection of assets, payment of debts, filing of federal estate and inheritance taxes and the distribution of assets to beneficiaries.

Ruth A. KuhlRuth A. Kuhl 

Real Estate paralegal assisting the firm's attorneys in meeting clients' residential real estate needs.  Involved in all phases of the real estate transaction: opening and organizing the file during the attorney review phase of the Contract; working with all parties involved to resolve home inspection issues; coordinating the closing with client, mortgage company and opposing counsel.  Works with clients after closing until all title policies are issued.

  • Fairleigh Dickenson University, Paralegal Certificate, ABA approved Paralegal Studies Program

Susan J. Hughes Susan J. Hughes

Estates and Trusts, and Personal Injury litigation paralegal. Prepares Wills, Living Wills for health care, and Power of Attorneys for business matters. Also prepares Trust Documents for financial matters and for individuals with special needs. Gathers and liquidates decedent assets, pays final bills, files tax returns, and distributes bequests to beneficiaries according to the instructions in decedent's Will. Prepares litigation documents. Manages personal injury client files to ensure all medical records are current and files Court documents.

  • Sussex County Community College, A.A.S. - Paralegal Studies, Highest Honors

 


Tricia A. McGuireTricia A. McGuire

Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation litigation paralegal. Assists the personal injury department's attorneys with file management, legal research and preparation of legal documents and memoranda.  Works closely with the attorneys in the department as well as clients to ensure that clients' needs are addressed, and their interests protected.

  • College of St. Elizabeth, B.A., Justice, Legal Studies
  • Berkeley College, Paralegal Certificate, ABA approved Paralegal Studies Program
