LOCAL ATTORNEYS HELP THEIR COMMUNITIES

Lawrence Supp, Esq. and Angelo Bolcato, Esq., attorneys with Laddey, Clark & Ryan, are using their expertise in law to give back to their local communities.

Both attorneys are members of the Warren County Habitat for Humanity, an organization which provides housing to families facing a housing crisis. The families in turn give back to the community by working as volunteers. The Warren County Chapter is currently in the process of building a new two-family duplex in Harmony Township.

Attorney Lawrence Supp enjoys volunteering his weekends on the job site. I enjoy watching good tradesmen practice their trades", says Supp. " I have really learned so much about construction, and I get to give back to help families in need.

Supp, who represents clients in contract and consumer fraud matters, disputes over property rights and in property damage cases, also helps out the Warren County Chapter as a Grant Writer.

Its a great way for me to use my skills as an attorney to help support the tremendous effort by the Warren County Chapter. adds Supp.

While Supp is at the site, attorney Angelo Bolcato feels it is safer for all the volunteers if he stays in the office, and puts his expertise to use by serving on the Habitats Board of Directors, Site Selection Committee, and assistant counsel.

My job is to find abandoned homes or vacant property for the organization to acquire, says Bolcato.

Bolcato is a partner in the law firm Laddey, Clark & Ryan, LLP of Sparta, NJ, and specializes in municipal law and commercial transactions. Additionally, Bolcato is a Diplomate in New Jersey Local Government Law.

I deal with municipal and commercial property acquisitions for a living , adds Bolcato, Having the opportunity to assist Habitat and its partner families by using my legal skills is very rewarding to me.

Both attorneys reside in Warren county with their families, where they plan to continue to help the Warren County Chapter of Habitat for Humanity, to help families deal with the high cost of owning a home in New Jersey.

"The Warren County Chapter office is located in Washington, New Jersey, and can be contacted at 908-835-1338 or warrenhabitat.org."
