5/17/05 CONTACT: Eleanor Oudshoorn Sparta, NJ --- Angelo Bolcato, Esq., has been named a Partner in the law firm of Laddey, Clark & Ryan of Sparta, NJ. He will head up the firm’s Collection, Creditor’s Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Groups. The announcement was made recently by Thomas N. Ryan, Esq., Managing Partner. He will continue his focus on work within the firm’s Municipal Law (primarily local government) and Business Law Practice Bolcato joined the firm in 1992. Bolcato graduated from the University of Scranton (B.S., magna cum laude), Rutgers University School of Law, Newark, NJ and completed a Superior Court Law Clerkship. He is a member of the Sussex County Bar Association. Last year, he was named a Diplomate in New Jersey Local Government Law, after completing extensive courses in the study of New Jersey Local Government Law Bolcato was recently appointed to serve as a member of Independence Township’s Municipal Utility Authority. He also assists as Associate Municipal Council for the Borough of Franklin and Wantage Township, and serves as the attorney for the Franklin Borough Board of Public Works. He is the Chairman of the Newton Lions Club Sight Committee and an active member of Sparta’s UNICO.
