Angelo Bolcato, Esq. Named A Diplomate

Sparta, NJ --- Angelo Bolcato, Esq., an Associate at Laddey, Clark & Ryan of Sparta, NJ, has been named a Diplomate in New Jersey Local Government Law.

Bolcato successfully completed 84 hours of study in New Jersey Local Government Law, which included courses on: Legal Aspects of Land Use for New Jersey Attorneys; Municipal Finances – Raising and Spending Money by Municipalities; Legal Aspects of Municipal Labor Relations; Legal Aspects of Municipal Procedure; Municipal Tort Liability in New Jersey and Public Land and Buildings in New Jersey. Additionally, he was required to obtain a number of continuing legal education credits in order to qualify for the Municipal Law Diplomate certificate.

At Laddey, Clark & Ryan, Bolcato focuses on work within the firm’s Municipal Law (primarily local government) and Business Law Practice (acquisitions, corporate structuring, financing and creditors’ rights) Groups. He assists as Associate Municipal Council for the Borough of Franklin and Wantage Township, and serves as the attorney for the Franklin Borough Board of Public Works.

Bolcato graduated from the University of Scranton (B.S., magna cum laude), Rutgers University School of Law, Newark, NJ and completed a Superior Court Law Clerkship. He is a member of the Sussex County and New Jersey State Bar Associations.

He is the Chairman of the Newton Lions Club Sight Committee and an active member of Sparta’s UNICO. Bolcato and his wife, Elena, are Independence Township residents
