Mr. Clark received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend Indiana where he was a member of the honors program. He earned his J.D. from SUNY Buffalo School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Clark served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Trial Division. Additionally, Mr. Clark was Assistant Sussex County Prosecutor from 1975-1978. Currently, Mr. Clark serves on the Board of Directors for the Land Use Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is a Diplomate in Municipal Law and a member of the New Jersey Institute of Municipal Attorneys. He lectures in the fields of Zoning and Planning, is an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University and serves as Attorney to various zoning boards, planning boards, and land use boards throughout Sussex and Warren Counties. Mr. Clark also serves as Associate Counsel for New Jersey Planning Officials. In 2005 and 2006, Mr. Clark was honored as one of New Jersey's Super Lawyers in the fields of Estates and Land Use Law by New Jersey Monthly Magazine. In his spare time, Mr. Clark is an avid golfer and has served as score keeper for the U.S. Open on numerous occasions. Additionally, Mr. Clark is a frequent contributing columnist with the New Jersey Herald.
