Mr. Bolcato is the Chairman of the Firm’s Business Law Practice Group and is primarily focused on Business Law matters.

Mr. Bolcato also represents municipalities and local agencies. He has extensive experience in most aspects of municipal law, including contract negotiation and preparation; preparation of resolutions, ordinances and bid specifications.

In addition, Mr. Bolcato has been involved with municipal litigation in both state and federal courts, including challenges to local Government actions and tax appeals, as well as pursuing tax claims in Bankruptcy Court.

Mr. Bolcato’s business law practice includes business entity formation; asset and stock acquisitions and sales; negotiating and preparing commercial leases and representing commercial lenders and borrowers in financing transactions. He also serves as general corporate counsel to a number of commercial enterprises.
