When Laddey, Clark and Ryan was founded in 1989, we sought to bring together the most capable attorneys with diverse legal backgrounds in order to provide the highest quality legal services to our Sussex County communities.

We decided to have each or our attorneys specialize in one or two areas of the law, rather than be generalists.  We also made a conscious decision to be different from the large, impersonal firms of Morristown, Newark and New York City.
