This seminar series presents information and training on Employment and Labor practices for both private and public employers.  For the first time, one of our seminars will focus on Worker’s Compensation including an overview of the system and twenty concrete steps all employers can take to keep Worker’s Compensation costs down.

Other seminars will include discussion on compensation – both compliance with regulations and negotiations for individual or collective contracts; effective employee handbooks; the most recent issues in employment and labor practices, including a focus on the use of social media by both employees and employers; and the best preventative measures to prevent, minimize, and deal with claims of discrimination at the workplace.
