Harassment and Bullying in the Workplace

Our first seminar will educate you about employment policies and procedures you should have in place, and how to implement these policies.  This seminar includes a discussion of social media, technology and employee discipline policies for employers to consider.

Other seminars will include:

  • a presentation on how to comply with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act,
  • where major provisions start in 2013 that will affect all employers;
  • effective and compliant discipline and termination procedures;
  • the most recent issues in employment and labor practice;
  • and the best preventative measures to minimize and deal with harassment and bullying in the workplace.

Attending all five seminars will provide the most information for employers, but each seminar is also a valuable tool for any employer.
