Mr. Garofalo concentrates his practice in the areas of Municipal Law and Land Use Administration, including Municipal Court practice, practice in the New Jersey Tax Courts and before various administrative agencies.
In the area of Land Use, Mr. Garofalo represents individuals, developers and businesses before zoning and planning boards and New Jersey Administrative Agencies. Mr. Garofalo also represents clients seeking a variance or other type of municipal approval including approvals related to affordable housing and the Highlands Act and other environmental legislation.
In the area of Municipal Law, Mr. Garofalo represents Sussex County communities in such diverse areas as public contracts, property tax law, employment related matters and drafting of ordinances.
