On October 26, 2018, Angelo J. Bolcato, a Partner with Sussex County law firm, Laddey Clark & Ryan LLP, and a member of the firm’s Government Services practice group and leader of the Business Law practice group, provided the Tax Collectors and Treasurers Association of Sussex & Warren Counties with a presentation on the New Jersey In Rem Tax Foreclosure process.  Bolcato’s presentation included a discussion of recent cases affecting municipal tax lien sales and the foreclosure of tax liens.

Bolcato is the Township Attorney for Stillwater Township and he assists a number of Laddey Clark & Ryan’s municipal clients with their tax lien foreclosure, real property and public contract matters. He also represents both for-profit and nonprofit businesses in a variety of legal matters, from business start-ups to succession planning, including commercial real estate leasing and acquisitions/sales, entity governance, commercial loans and business asset and stock purchases and sales. Bolcato is a Trustee and Past Chair of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as the Chair of the SCARC Foundation.
