Mr. Dinan’s practice focuses on Litigation in Personal Injury and Commercial matters.  He has appeared in courtrooms throughout the State and successfully argued complex motions and negotiated favorable settlements.   In addition, Mr. Dinan has conducted commercial contract review and negotiations, and managed Estates and Trusts and Land Use matters.

Mr. Dinan attended Villanova Universityand received a B.A. in History and a minor in Business.  He then went on to earn a Masters in Education from the University of Notre Dame through their Alliance for Catholic Education program.  Upon finishing his Masters, Mr. Dinan attended Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, NJ, where he earned his J.D.  During his time at Rutgers, Mr. Dinan became a certified mediator, participated in the Rutgers Civil Practice Clinic and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Renee Marie Bumb, U.S.D.C, D.N.J.
