Tamryn Valenzuela, who is the chair of Laddey Clark & Ryan’s Trusts & Estates and Elder Law practice groups and an Adjunct Instructor at Sussex County Community College, will be presenting “ The Seven Deadly Sins of Estate Planning” at the Main Library – Sussex County Library System, in Sparta, on Tuesday, October 13, 11 a.m. – 12 noon.
Think you have your estate plan covered? Maybe not. From adding a child’s name to a bank account to relying on an old Will or assuming a trust protects everything, seemingly harmless decisions can create expensive and unintended consequences. In this program, Tamryn will walk through seven of the most common estate planning mistakes, explain why they matter, and share practical steps you can take to protect yourself, your family, and your legacy.
