James A. Quiggle

Paralegal
jquiggle@lcrlaw.com

With more than a decade of legal experience, James Quiggle has developed a keen sense of how to best organize and develop a file to assist in bringing a client’s story to life before a jury.

While his previous position in the Landlord/Tenant Department of a New Jersey law firm gave him his start in 2005, he found his calling when he joined the Personal Injury practice group at Laddey, Clark & Ryan in 2015. As a paralegal who has forged a successful career path, James assists the attorneys he works with at every step of the litigation process. Working directly with clients, he conducts conferences; orders, reviews and organizes medical records; schedules depositions; prepares motions, pleadings and discovery papers; works with court clerks; coordinates experts; conducts research; organizes evidence; and prepares cases for trial. James has been an indispensable part of numerous personal injury cases, including several seven-figure verdicts. With the help of James’ skill and ability to identify and address the problem areas of a case, Laddey, Clark & Ryan’s clients are in capable hands.

When James leaves the office in the evening, his work is not done. Embracing Laddey, Clark and Ryan’s culture of giving back to the community (and his background as an Eagle Scout), James spends his evenings actively involved in his community. He sits on the council for Holy Faith Lutheran Church. He organizes food drives for the Sparta Ecumenical Food Pantry and belongs to the Sussex County Oratorio Society.

James graduated cum laude from Kent State University, where he received his B.A. in Paralegal Studies through an ABA-approved curriculum.
