Employers still need to comply with labor posting requirements even while their employees are working remotely.

 

Mandatory federal, state and local employment law postings must be provided to employees who do not routinely go into the office. This applies to remote workers during the current Coronavirus crisis, and includes the recently enacted Families First Coronavirus Response Act notice issued by the US Department of Labor on March 25^th. If you have employees who are now working from home, you need to provide them with the required posters. The easiest and often most cost-effective solution is to provide them via an online poster service provider. You may also send them hard copies.
