Laddey Clark & Ryan salutes Richard T. Sweeney, Of Counsel, who is celebrating 50 years as a member of the New Jersey Bar in 2020. Dick, a graduate of Seton Hall University and a 1970 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, was admitted to the bar on December 2, 1970.  He is a former Attorney for the Rockaway Borough and Randolph Township Planning Boards, the Byram Township and Denville Township Boards of Adjustment and the Municipal Attorney for Borough of Chester, Borough of Mountain Lakes and the Township of Byram.
