Laddey, Clark & Ryan Named One of the Best Places to Work In New Jersey for Second Year in a Row

For the second year in a row, Laddey, Clark & Ryan has earned the distinction of being named one of the 2021 Best Places to Work in New Jersey, one of only 120 companies to be named.

The Best Places to Work in New Jersey survey recognizes small, mid-size and large companies. With a team of 16 attorneys and 21 support staff, Laddey Clark & Ryan has been recognized as among the best small (15-49 employees) employers.  The firm is the only Sussex County-based company to appear on the list and one of only eight law firms honored.

The rankings of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey will be unveiled at an awards ceremony on September 9 at iPlay America's Event Center in Freehold, NJ. A special publication profiling the companies selected as the Best Places to Work in New Jersey will be published by NJBIZ.

The Best Places to Work in New Jersey is a survey and awards program conducted by Best Companies Group, an independent research firm specializing in identifying and recognizing great places work.  The program is intended to identify and recognize the state’s best employers and provide organizations with valuable employee feedback.  Participating companies are required to submit a detailed questionnaire about their practices and procedures.  However, the most important factor used in evaluating each company is a 78-question internal Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey to all employees asking them to anonymously assess their employer as a place to work.

“We are extremely gratified to be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey,” comments Thomas N. Ryan, Laddey Clark & Ryan’s Managing Partner, “Professionalism and teamwork, that is what we are all about, and that is what defines our culture. We work hard, we are resilient and we demand nothing but the best from ourselves. We know that we owe that not only to ourselves, but also to our colleagues.”
