Fredric Knapp has been appointed by the County of Morris Board of Commissioners to serve as a disciplinary hearing officer for the calendar year 2022. This appointment includes matters involving members of the Morris County Sheriff’s Office and at the Morris County Correctional Facility. Fred has also been appointed to serve in a similar capacity on the municipal level and is also conducting internal workplace investigations and training for municipal employees concerning workplace conduct.
