Fredric Knapp has been chosen to serve on their panel of three grievance arbitrators by the State of New Jersey Governor’s Office of Employee Relations (“GOER”) and Local No. 195 International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers (“IFPTE”), pursuant to the parties’ 2019-2023 collective negotiations agreement (“CNA”). Local 195 currently represents approximately 5,000 members throughout New Jersey. GOER negotiates, implements and administers collective bargaining agreements on behalf of the State of New Jersey, among many other duties and responsibilities.
