Timothy J. Profeta has joined Laddey Clark & Ryan, LLP as an associate in the Commercial Litigation and Government Services practice groups.   A Sussex County native and graduate of Kittatinny Regional High School, Tim attended Rhode Island College and Seton Hall University School of Law. Tim was previously an associate at a national law firm. Before that, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Maritza Berdote Byrne, P.J.Ch in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division.
