Laddey Clark & Ryan Senior Counsel Fred Knapp will conduct a workshop for public officials and other attendees at the New Jersey Association of Counties (NJAC) Annual Conference in Atlantic City on May 4. The workshop is entitled “Just Cause and How to Prove It.” Attendees at the 3-day conference can apply for continuing education credits for their respective disciplines. The workshop will address disciplinary proceedings before public sector employers from the perspective of a neutral hearing officer/arbitrator and is open to all attendees.

NJAC will host over 500 elected and appointed officials and business leaders at the conference to focus on issues that impact New Jersey counties and residents.
