Laddey, Clark & Ryan Bolsters Commercial Litigation Practice Area With the Addition of Jonathan N. Frodella, Esq.

Laddey, Clark & Ryan is pleased to announce that Jonathan N. Frodella, Esq. has joined the firm as an attorney in their Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

Prior to joining Laddey, Clark & Ryan, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable David J. Weaver, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Frodella’s experience includes joining the New York office of a major, international law firm where he practiced bank lending, M&A, and general corporate transactions. He represented purchasers and sellers in M&A transactions, including sales to both private equity and strategic buyers. Additionally, he focused on representing institutional lenders in entertainment financing transaction.

Frodella now focuses on helping business clients with a large variety of business issues, including making and obtaining loans, selling and purchasing corporate entities, establishing corporate governance structures, and performing diligence on potential acquisitions and lending opportunities. He assists clients with drafting the operative documents for their business transactions and guides them through the closing of their transactions.

Frodella focuses on probate and commercial litigation, whether it is drafting testamentary documents, assisting with estate administration, or representing a corporate client on charges brought in superior court. He works with the team at Laddey, Clark and Ryan, LLP to draft briefs, engage in motion practice, and to appear in court on behalf of our clients both in hearings and at trial.

Frodella attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and received a B.M. in vocal performance. He earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Student Note Editor of the Alaska Law Review. Frodella is admitted in New Jersey and New York Bar.
