Timothy E. Dinan, Esq. and William B. Thayer, Esq. will be presenting at the 2017 Young Lawyers Symposium on Saturday, December 16 at the New Jersey Law Center from 9am-4pm.

The new, revamped and high energy symposium will discuss the latest information and hottest topics young lawyers need to know. The conversations will include some of the biggest challenges young lawyers face, how to grow your practice, take care of debts, and better represent clients.

Dinan and Thayer will be presenting “Intro to Civil Trial.” This segment will focus on the most important and practical civil trial tips for young lawyers, including the do’s and don’ts and best strategies for pleadings, motions, discovery, oral arguments, briefs and more.

Other topics in the symposium include finance, marketing and self-promotion, the art of the deal, and ethics.
