Kerry Crowley

Kerry Crowley has over two decades of experience in the workers’ compensation field. She has been a member of the team at Pezzano Law for ten years, prior to the firm’s joining with Laddey Clark & Ryan in 2025. Previously, she worked with another law group defending the workers’ compensation insurance company. She brings a unique perspective to her work, having worked on both sides of the workers’ compensation fence.

Among her responsibilities, Kerry serves as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about their case status, answering questions, and providing guidance throughout the claim process.

She also manages and organizes case files from inception to resolution. This includes handling intake information, gathering documentation, and maintaining contact with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters and medical experts. Kerry assists the attorney by preparing important court documents, correspondence and detailed summaries of medical records. She also assists in all phases of litigation, including preparing documents and exhibits for court hearings and settlements.

Prior to working in the legal field, she worked for AT&T for 15 years, including ten years as a human resources generalist.

A mother of four children, Kerry has had many years of community service experience with the Boy Scouts.

Kerry has earned a reputation as a very calming person, who makes clients feel comfortable and heard.
