Anne Mulhern is an associate concentrating her practice in Government Services, Employment and Labor Law, and Commercial Litigation. Prior to joining Laddey, Clark & Ryan, Anne was a Fulbright Fellow in Timor-Leste and an active duty Coast Guard Officer.

Anne graduated from the Ohio Northern University College of Law where she completed a J.D. degree with a certificate in International Law. She completed a concurrent Master of Laws (LL.M) Degree in Democratic Governance and Rule of Law in Post-Conflict and Transitional States. During her law school summers, Anne interned with USAID programs in Skopje, North Macedonia and Pristina, Kosovo.

Anne pursued her undergraduate studies at the United States Coast Guard Academy where she received a B.S. in Marine and Environmental Science with a focus on Chemistry and Biology. While in USCGA, she founded a mock trial and JAG mentorship program. Upon graduation, Anne was a Deck Watch Officer in Honolulu, Hawaii and then a program manager at the Coast Guard Recruiting Command in Arlington, Virginia.
