The Economic Outlook Forum was held on June 4 at Perona Farms. It brought together business leaders in Northern New Jersey to focus on business opportunities and challenges.

What makes our area so desirable as a place to live can present unique challenges for attracting and growing businesses. The Economic Outlook Forum will explore those challenges and discuss how to turn them into opportunities.

Our keynote speaker, Victor Calanog, Global Head of Research and Strategy for Real Estate Private Markets at Manulife Investment Managment, spoke on "Rates, Recessions, Recovery? What's Next for 2024 and Beyond."

Our Special Guest Speaker was Nicholas Kraus, Founder and CEO Kraus Marketing, an award-winning agency known for its exceptional marketing strategy and creative. Nick discussed the hot topic, "The Future of AI in Business: Opportunities Unlocked and Challenges Unraveled."
