Once again, LCR’s Fredric Knapp was invited to participate as a panel member at the New Jersey State League of Municipalities’ Conference in Atlantic City on November 20. The panel will focus on “Police Disciplinary Issues Including Police Licensing.” Discussion will include the different aspects of disciplinary process: investigating and charging, types of discipline, civil service vs. non-civil service, negotiating agreements, including last chance, hearing, and new police licensing statute and legal issues concerning the same.
