Jonathan Frodella, Attorney with Laddey, Clark & Ryan, LLP, will be presenting at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting on May 15th. The focus of the discussion will be on Public Access to Police Records: Balancing Government Transparency and Personal Privacy. The panel, including Frodella, will discuss decisions on dash cameras, body cameras, surveillance cameras, internal affairs, and OPRA’s privacy provision. Also being discussed is an update on the law as to access to various types of police records under OPRA. Frodella serves as special OPRA counsel to various municipalities and police departments. He presents and publishes frequently on OPRA and access to government records.
