Employers still need to comply with labor posting requirements even while their employees are working remotely.
Mandatory federal, state and local employment law postings must be provided to employees who do not routinely go into the office. This applies to remote workers during the current Coronavirus crisis, and includes the recently enacted Families First Coronavirus Response Act notice issued by the US Department of Labor on March 25th. If you have employees who are now working from home, you need to provide them with the required posters.
