Dear Client and Friends:

We hope you and those you care about are well and weathering the crisis as best you can.

We want to take this opportunity to bring you up to speed on what is happening here at Laddey, Clark & Ryan. While there is always someone here in our offices, 90% of our attorneys and staff are working remotely. We are pleased to report that the feedback we have received indicates that this has been working seamlessly for our clients. Assuming the Governor allows, we anticipate a gradual and careful return to our office on or shortly after July 6.

So much has been changing – and so rapidly – and we have been working to keep our clients and friends updated. Our attorneys have produced nearly 50 different alerts and memorandum, on topics from Executive Order compliance to PPP. We have also been presenting webinars on the rapidly changing laws and opportunities, having already presented different webinars on topics from employment to estate planning.

In keeping with Laddey, Clark & Ryan’s ongoing commitment to our community, we were pleased to support the frontline workers at the Newton Medical Center, and we have recently come together to raise money for the Sparta Ecumenical Food Pantry, and those who rely upon it as a source of food for their families.

As we are all turning our attention to the long recovery, our attorneys continue to work with clients to meet their pressing needs.

On behalf of all of us here at Laddey, Clark & Ryan, we hope for your continued health and safety. We will continue to seek ways that we can provide you with information, guidance and assistance in whatever way we can. Please do not hesitate to reach out to any of us to let us know how we can help you.
