Dear Clients and Friends:

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), having advised people and businesses to take precautions in light of the COVID-19 virus (Coronavirus) outbreak, has noted that the best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. Laddey, Clark & Ryan, LLP takes the health and safety of all people; its employees, clients and guests, very seriously. It is for this reason, and in an effort to proactively curtail the Coronavirus outbreak, we will be restricting access to our building as outlined in the Building Access Policy which is attached.

If you have a scheduled appointment, and you are unable to attend the appointment because of the restrictions listed above, the meeting can be conducted by electronic means, either by telephone conferencing or video conferencing. Our clients, colleagues and guests are also encouraged to continue to communicate with us by telephone and email.

These restrictions will remain in place temporarily until it is determined to be safe to remove them. People who think they have been exposed to COVID-19 should contact their health care provider immediately.

Should you have any questions or concerns with regard to the foregoing, do not hesitate to contact the attorney with whom you are working.

Thank you for your courtesy and cooperation in dealing with this situation.
