Jessica Jansyn, employment and labor law attorney and Laddey Clark & Ryan partner, will present “Managing Employees’ Use of Technology in the Workplace,” presented by the Sussex County Bar Association. The course will be held at Project Self-Sufficiency in Newton, New jersey on Tuesday, July 30.

Ms. Janysn’s presentation will touch on important aspects of technology for employees, including regulation of company-provided equipment, regulation of employees’ personal use of technology at work and outside of work hours, employees’ social media posts, social media and job applicants, the recent case G.A.-H. v. K.G.G., and bring-your-own-device policies.
