SPARTA, NJ – Shan Kadkoy has joined Laddey Clark & Ryan LLP as an associate, concentrating his practice in Wills, Trusts & Estates and Government Services. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Kadkoy served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Mary Siobhan Brennan, J.T.C., in the Tax Court of New Jersey. 

Mr. Kadkoy graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he was on the business law track. Shan developed his interest in tax as a student attorney in the University of Maryland's Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. His time in the Clinic was extended to serve as a teaching assistant. 

Mr. Kadkoy pursed his undergraduate studies at Loyola University Maryland where he received a B.B.A. in Finance and a minor in Information Systems.  He graduated a member of the Financial Management Association National Honor Society.
